You, as the customer request to make a purchase from us, the supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set out here and in line with all / any related policies listed above that apply directly to the purchase of goods / services from us.

All products are described to the best of our knowledge. Product images shown on this website depict the product(s) for sale, though will differ from those received / delivered.
Order Processing and Placing an Order
Online payments are processed through our payment provider and in turn, their own security measures apply to ensure your payment information is processed securely and safe guarded accordingly. You can read about our payment providers security policies on associated payment pages before confirming an order.
Order notifications will be sent to you via the email address you supplied / provide when placing an order. As your order progresses through our system you may receive further order status notifications to keep you informed. You may in some circumstances receive text messages relating to delivery of goods from our us/or our couriers, if you provided a suitable telephone number.
Where an agreement has been made, we aim to fulfil your order in a reasonable time period and in accordance with these terms of sale. Where we are unable to fulfil an order for whatever reason we will contact you and ensure any monies paid are appropriately refunded.
Cancellation & Refunds
There are no refunds on firewood products once they have been delivered.
Under the distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel a purchase of goods without having to give a reason, at any time with the cooling off period of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us, to our trading address (which you can find here) at your own cost, unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective, as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract (the order & agreement with us).
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract between us, our refund policy will apply accordingly.
